Ask the patient to go to Settings → Carer Push Alerts → Share Invite. Alternatively, your carer can enter the code manually: open Pillar → Settings → Carer Push Alerts → I'm a Carer → enter the 8-character code and the patient's name exactly as registered.
Yes. A carer can connect to multiple patients simultaneously. Each patient shares their own invite code. The carer receives alerts from all linked patients, each clearly labelled with the patient's name.
When adding or editing a medicine, go to Step 2 — Schedule. Use the Minimum time between doses stepper to set hours (e.g. 4 for paracetamol, 6 for ibuprofen). Pillar will show an amber warning if you try to log a dose within that window. You can still proceed — it's a warning, not a block.
No. Your medicines, dose history, and health data are stored only on your device. The only data that ever leaves:
Tap the lock icon next to any premium feature, or go to Settings → Upgrade to Premium. It's a one-time payment — no subscription, no recurring charges. To restore a previous purchase on a new device, tap Restore Purchase on the paywall while signed into the same Apple ID.
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Clear All Data. Or simply delete the app — iOS removes all associated data. If you had carer alerts enabled, go to Settings → Carer Push Alerts → Leave Household first to remove your device token from the push server.
Tap Skip AI and fill in the fields manually — all fields are fully editable. Some medicines (very new, regional, or generic brands) may not be in the AI's knowledge base. AI results are suggestions only — always verify with your pharmacist.
